Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

S.J. Enterprise deals in pharmaceutical packaging materials, industrial foils, and plastic components. Due to the customized and sensitive nature of these products, goods once sold will not be taken back unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Returns for Manufacturing Defects

We maintain strict Quality Control (QC) standards. However, if you receive a defective product:

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery
• Photographic or video evidence of the defect must be shared along with the Batch Number
• After verification by our technical team, a replacement or Credit Note will be issued

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Custom printed foils and boxes with buyer-specific artwork
• Goods damaged due to mishandling or improper storage at the buyer’s warehouse
• Minor color variations, as standard industry tolerance applies to printing

Order Cancellation

• Ready Stock: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. A nominal processing fee may apply
• Made-to-Order / Customized: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced (e.g., cylinder making, printing, or raw material cutting)
